Tron Kirk

Formerly the traditional place for a get together to celebrate Saint-Sylvester's day, this church whose spire was replaced in the 19th C. was built by John Mylne, before the Parliament building. Its name from the word «tron», which used to mean the scales which were used to weigh salt
