National Museum of Fine Arts (Cuban Section)

On Avenida de las Misiones (parallel to the Prado) stands an austere 1950s building housing the Cuban collection of the museum of fine art. Inside, a fine exhibition space over three floors displays the nation's art from the 16C to the present; there is also a pleasant sculpture garden. Note in particular the works by Wilfredo Lam
