BC Sports Hall of Fame and Museum

Interesting
Packed exhibit galleries in this comprehensive museum leave virtually nothing out, from the snowshoe races prospectors held for entertainment, to the stunning victory in the 1998 Olympics by Whistler resident Ross Rebagliati. He won the first snowboard gold medal ever, and became a lifetime hero to Canadians as a result. Kids who wander these halls, peering upward at sports legends past and present, are bound to develop an inclination toward one sport or another-they're all here, from curling to lacrosse.
