King Square Area

Generally considered to be the centre of Saint John, this square has trees, flowerbeds arranged in the form of the American flag and a two-storey bandstand. In one corner stands the old city market, where a variety of fresh New Brunswick produce can be bought, including dulse. On the other side of the square, the Loyalist burial ground can be seen.
