Cathedral of St. Hyacinthe the Confessor

This elegant, Romanesque-inspired cathedral (inaugurated in 1880) is flanked by 50m/164ft slender stone towers topped by copper steeples. The Neoclassical interior, home to an 1885 Casavant organ, was redecorated in 1942, 1964 and 1999. Ozias Leduc painted The Eternal Father, hanging in the choir.
