Fairbanks Ice Theater

A vicarious look at one of Fairbanks' premier annual events. A 20min slide presentation takes viewers through the process of ice sculpting, from the harvesting of giant blocks of clear ice at a nearby pond to the carving of exquisitely detailed animals, ballerinas, warriors, and castles-some over 30ft tall-at the World Ice Art Championship in March.
