Bureau of Engraving and Printing

Interesting
This nondescript 20C building at the foot of the 14th Street Bridge calls itself, justifiably, "the nation's money factory." Here, paper currency and many of the official documents issued by the US government are produced. Guided tours explore currency processing rooms where you'll see bills being printed by the intaglio process.
