Hans Herr House

Interesting
Led by Hans Herr, the county's first white settlers were a group of 27 Mennonites escaping religious persecution in Germany in the early 18C. In 1719 Herr's son Christian built this restored stone house. Rooms are furnished with simple pre-1750 pieces.
