Texas Discovery Gardens

An educational center for urban horticulture, this facility spans 7.5 acres of both decorative and native Texas plants. Its most notable feature is the William Douglas Blanchly Conservatory, a 6,800sq-ft glass facility that houses more than 250 species of African plants. Outside are a series of smaller specialty gardens, as well as a conservatory that harbors butterflies.
