Historical Museum of the City of Vienna
TheHistorical Museum of the City of Vienna traces the city's history with an incredible variety of objects. Some of the exceptional exhibits include acircular plan of Vienna (1545) and aPompeiian Drawing Room (1800). Paintings such as Klimt'sLove (1895) and aSelf Portrait with Outstretched Fingers by Egon Schiele (1911) are alone worth a visit. Visitors must pinpoint their own particular centres of interest among the wealth of treasures exhibited in the museum.
