Musée des Arts décoratifs et du Design

Interesting
This museum illustrates developments in the decorative arts and design from the 17C to the present day. It occupies the former Hôtel de Coninck (18C), with a new wing for the modern collections (1880 to the present day). The 17C and 18C collections include fine furnishings, tapestries and artefacts that recreate the atmosphere of interiors of bygone days. Be sure to see the dining room, in particular.
