Namur Archaeological Museum

Scheduled to open during 2017, the new Archaeological Museum will be housed in the former boatmen's school and Carmelite chapel. It will offer a chronological itinerary through outstanding Roman and Merovingian antiquities collections. Jewellery and glassware dating from the 1C-7C will also be represented by some magnificent pieces. Upstairs the history of Namur is presented over seven rooms.
