Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Tallinn

Interesting
The Orthodox Alexander Nevski Cathedral was built in 1900, and presides over the city from the top of Toompea hill. Distinctly Russian in style, its imposing size is in stark contrast to the medieval surroundings of the old town. Inside there is a fine iconostasis.

Estonia: Jouluturg Christmas Market in Tallinn

Christmas is best celebrated up North, with snow on the ground! Wrapping up warm and taking a stroll through the frosty streets of Tallinn’s Old City heralds the holiday spirit far better than lazing about in a hammock in the Bahamas!
