Dijon Municipal Museum

Interesting
Founded in 1836 in the former barracks of the Arquebusiers, the entirely renovated museum looks at the issues surrounding biodiversity and the fragility of the environment. Exhibits of regional geology and stuffed animals, portrayed in their natural habitat, a slide show, tactile screens and sound effects set the scene. For those who are fond of insects, there is a sensational collection on the 2nd floor. Finally, films about the universe are shown beneath the 10m/33ft-high dome of the planetarium.
