Charles de Gaulle Memorial

Above the village of Colombey-les-Deux-Églises stands this huge Lorraine Cross, almost 44m in height, the symbol of Free France. At its foot, the Mémorial Charles-de-Gaulle retraces the life and work of the general, and the history of the 20C, via numerous documents and carefully displayed objects, as well as sound and audiovisual archives. Every summer, a 3D sound and light show recounts the life of this great man.
