Paris Town Hall

Interesting
This successful neo-Renaissance pastiche (built according to the plans of Boccador, 1533) is a "palace of revolution and a rallying point for national fervour". It was rebuilt to an identical design by Ballu following the fire started by the Commune on 24 May 1871.
