St-Étienne Cathedral

Recommended
The construction of St-Étienne cathedral began with the choir in the early 13C but was not completed until the 16C. The magnificent flamboyant façade is framed by two eight-sided towers 65m high. Inside, there are traces of the Gothic style from the Champagne region and a beautiful 30m-high nave. The huge cloister (one of the biggest in France) comprises three galleries, beautiful capitals and an attractive series of gargoyles.
