Museum of Old Honfleur

It is made up of two sections: the Marine Museum and the Ethnography and Popular Art Museum. The Marine Museum charts the history of the port and its maritime activities: fishing, privateering, trade and shipyards. There are also many ship models and topographical documents of the town. The Ethnographical and Popular Arts Museum presents the inside of ten 16C Normandy dwellings. There is a wide variety of objects exhibited: furniture, pewterware, costumes etc.
