Take the time to have a wander around in this flower-decked medieval village that has been tastefully restored. Located in the upper valley of the Lot, it is designated one of the "Plus Beaux Villages de France". In the warren of narrow winding streets are a handful of lovely houses (15C-18C) with walls of local shingles, some half-timbered. In particular, note the museum-school, featuring works by a local artist, and various temporary exhibitions. On the square is the Romanesque and Gothic-style church and, a little further on, the old mill with its wheel.
