Notre-Dame-de-Pitié chapel

Interesting
Previously a monks' meeting place, this small chapel, Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Pitié, became a place of worship in the 17C, when its interior was decorated with carved and painted wood. It is believed to be the work of the Delclaux family, master sculptors of Figeac. Admire the harmonious proportions of the chapter hall (13C), composed of nine bays separated by four pillars.
