Arras Town Hall grounds

In the grounds of the town hall, you will find a stele on which a marquis and a 20C man are portrayed watching a procession of muses, in tribute to the Rosati, who are not Italian architects, but members of a poets' society - Rosati being an anagram of Artois - of which Robespierre and Lazare Carnot were members.
