Home to a pagoda, Buddhist temple and exotic essences, the largest Japanese-inspired garden in Europe extends an invitation to contemplate its tranquil and serene setting. Designed and created between 1899 and 1910, this 28ha-park and peaceful lake change with the seasons and is intended to exemplify the symbolism of our journey through life and the evolution of living creatures, from sunrise to sunset and from birth to death.
