Halle Tony-Garnier

This hall is amazing by the way its simple night lighting accentuates its contours and volumes. It is the finest example of the global "industrial city" project, brainchild of Lyons architect, Tony Garnier (1869-1948) in which utopia and reason are closely entwined. Neglected for many years, this masterpiece of iron architecture, created in 1914, has become a venue for shows and concerts.
