The Essential
Interesting
Koblenz initially flourished because of its advantageous position at the confluence of the Rhine and the Mosel. Much damaged during the Second World War, it has been rebuilt and is today a thriving little city. Today, the city offers numerous leisure activities ranging from cruises on the Rhine and the Mosel, a lively summer festival and a host of bars and restaurants in its fully pedestrian city centre.
