The outstanding Museum of Cycladic Art (Goulandris Foundation), created in 1986, is devoted to the Aegean civilisation, in particular the prehistory of the Cyclades. Over one thousand objects on display date from 3000 to 4C BC. Explanations (including in English), in addition to maps and sketches, acquaint the visitor with the collections and Cycladic culture, art and burial customs.
