Dating back to the second half of the 17C, the villa at the far end of Corso Butera is now used for receptions. It has retained its imposing Spanish-style tufa portal, draped with knots, decorated with sculptures of fruits and flowers and a Spanish inscription. The portal, which leads to the noble floor, can be seen on the villa's east side, by going round to the left.
