Orleans Palace and Park

From 1810 to 1814, this palace was the residence of Louis Philippe of Orleans, future King of France. It today houses the Sicilian regional parliament. In the gardens, you can see some magnificent specimens of Ficus magnolioides with their striking aerial roots, while the ornithological park is home to species from all over the world.
