Borg Nienoord stands in a huge park surrounded by moats and was rebuilt in 1886. It is now home to the largest collection of horse-drawn carriages in the world (goat carts, cars belonging to royal children etc). In the tack room, characters dressed in the costumes of the period (in season) add to the ambience. Further into the park, near the lodge decorated with shells, a modern building houses a collection of stagecoaches.
