The Grote Market

Interesting
The historic heart of the city, Haarlem's main square is lined by the Great Church, the town hall and the old meat market. It is also home to a statue of Laurens Coster (1405-1484), considered in the Netherlands to have invented printing before Gutenberg (around 1430).
