Castillo de Santa Catalina

Located at the far end of Caleta beach, this star-shaped military bastion was built by Cristóbal de Rojas in 1598, following the sacking of the town by the Earl of Essex's troops. Enjoy a pleasant view of the Atlantic from its ramparts.
