Museum of Cadiz

Interesting
Set up in a small neoclassical palace, it contains an interesting archaeological collection with, in the section devoted to Phoenician art, two superb anthropomorphic sarcophaguses in white marble from the 5C. BC. In the Fine Art section, don't miss the nine arresting paintings on wood by Zurbarán, which date from the artist's middle period.
