Moorish fortress, Bujalance

Three large towers and sections of wall are the only remains of the external structure of the fortress (alcazaba). Built during the reign of Abd-er-Rahman III, it was remodelled after the Reconquest. The original seven towers feature in the town's coat-of-arms.
