This 16C palace built by Andrés de Vandelvira for José Vázquez de Molina owes its name to the chains between the columns around it. First a convent, then a prison and finally a town hall, it boasts a beautiful façade emblasoned with a coat-of-arms on which the decoration veers between Andalucian and Classical. Don't miss the delightful patio with its delicate arches and the fine artesonado (coffered) ceiling on the first floor.
