Basilica of the Macarena

Interesting
It contains Seville's most famous statue, La Macarena, one of the representations of the city's protective Virgin Mary sculpted in the 17C. It also houses a statue of Christ, Jesús de la Sentencia, which accompanies the Virgin Mary on the Good Friday procession. The museum has some impressive pasos, on which the statues are borne during the Holy Week processions.
