Casa de Pilatos

Recommended
What is perhaps the most unique monument in Seville was built in the late 15C and completed in the early 16C by Don Fadrique. Highlights include the marvellous patio, which brings to mind an elegant Arab palace: superb arches with finely crafted stuccowork and splendid 16C azulejos. Linger in the large garden, where the perfume of the orange trees, bougainvillea and rosebushes hangs in the air and the Italian loggias house Renaissance sculptures.
