The Essential
This delightful mountain village nestling in the Salazar Valley has it all: traditional houses with tiled roofs, pelota court and church. The steeple of San Vicente barely stands out above the rest of this squat church, the polished interior of which has a small reredos. Note the house at the entrance, before the bridge on the left, behind which is a granary on pillars (or hórreo), the only one in the valley still in good condition.
