Paseo del Prado

Interesting
In 1785, three years before the end of his reign, Carlos III launched plans to create a splendid shaded walkway. Today, on either side, it is flanked by the city's most prestigious museums: the Prado, housed in a neo-Classical edifice, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, installed in Villahermosa Palace.
