Château de Porrentruy
Dominating the Allaine Valley with its imposing outline, the castle has retained its medieval Tour Refous (45m), which commands a fine view. The corridor of the courthouse is lined with portraits of the prince bishops who ruled from 1575 to 1737. Adjacent to the eastern façade is the Tour du Coq which bears the blazon of a cockerel and those of the bishopric of Basel (a stick).
