Land's End/Penn-an-Wlas

Recommended
The land ends at this mythical headland, the westernmost tip of England, where the waves of the Atlantic Ocean batter one of the most outstanding cliff landscapes of southwest England. Land's End is best seen early in the morning or at sunset, when the lighthouse is swathed in frothy spumes. The top of the cliff is now the scene of a leisure complex, which, while somewhat out of place in this natural spot, generally finds favour with younger visitors.
