Lewes castle and museum

Access to the ruins of Lewes Castle is via Barbican House, a 16C timber-framed house with a late-Georgian façade. It is home to two interesting exhibitions on archaeology in Sussex and the Lewes Living History Room, dedicated to the history of the town.
