Great Malvern

Great Malvern
The Essential
In the late 18C, this small town became fashionable thanks to the therapeutic properties of its waters. As a consequence, the Pump Room and baths were built from 1819 to 1823 in neo-Greek style. The Priory Church includes some of the country's finest 15C stained-glass windows. The view from Worcestershire Beacon (426 m), the Malvern Hills' highest point, encompasses fifteen counties and three cathedrals (Worcester, Gloucester and Hereford).
