Situated in the heart of Fort Vancouver National Site, Marshall House in Officers Row is one of 22 beautiful houses built for officers in the 19C. Dating from 1886, this turreted Queen Anne Victorian house is named after General George C. Marshall, who served as commander of Vancouver Barracks from 1936 to 1938. Marshall became the US Secretary of State and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
