Idaho State Historical Museum

Founded in 1907, this is one of Idaho's largest and most visited museum. Once a mere collection of odd state relics, it now provides a comprehensive look at how Native American, Chinese and Basque populations live as the state was born. Kid-friendly favorite exhibits include a printing press, blacksmith shop and pioneer-era bank.
