Chicago Fine Arts Building

Interesting
The name "Studebaker" inscribed above the ground floor of this ten-storey building refers to its original use as a wagon showroom. In 1898 Beman redesigned it as the Fine Arts Building, adding a theatre and studio spaces. Take the old-fashioned, manually operated elevator to the ninth floor to view the beautiful murals created by the Little Room resident artists in 1892.
