Raynham Hall Museum

This old-fashioned farmstead was the home of Samuel Townsend, whose son Robert was George Washington's chief intelligence agent in New York at the time of the American Revolution. The building's architecture is a mix of Colonial and Victorian, whereas inside you will see furniture, everyday objects, works of art and archives that provide a fine insight into the life of the Townsend family and their neighbors from 1740 to 1940.
