John A. Finch Arboretum

Interesting
Nestled among the wooded foothills of southwest Spokane, Finch Arboretum's 65 acres of sloping terrain blend attractive, formally landscaped grounds with settings more characteristic of the region's natural areas. A creek trickles through the center of the arboretum, pooling in shaded glens, curving past large outcroppings of coarse basalt and tumbling over miniature cascades. Trees and shrubs include many species native to the inland Northwest as well as others from around the world.
