Wisconsin State Capitol

Interesting
The capitol's towering Beaux-Arts-style dome, made of white Vermont granite, is one of largest domes in the world by volume. Step inside for a breathtaking look at 43 types of stone and four glass mosaics in the soaring rotunda. Guided tours take in the Venetian-style Governor's Conference Room, the marble Supreme Court, the circular Senate Chambers and the Assembly Chambers, where the first electronic voting machine was installed in 1917.
