Kata Tjuta (Mount Olga)
"Many heads" is the translation of "Kata Tjuta" in the Anangu Aboriginal language. Rather than heads, they are depicted by 36 red rock domes, which literally spring up in the Australian desert. These domes are considered sacred by the Anangu, more sacred even than Uluru. They are part of a UNESCO World Heritage national park and can be explored along hiking trails.
