You need look no further than Mauritius if you are in search of a seaside destination doubled with paradise.
However, before you relax on an idyllic beach, pay a visit to the capital, Port-Louis, which will give you a foretaste of the island's good-natured cosmopolitanism and also take the time to admire the lush green garden of Pamplemousses and the highly instructive Aventure du sucre Museum.
